EverQuest II will be celebrating its 5th Anniversary very soon! In honor of this, we'll be hosting a birthday celebration on the Test server! There will be one party on November 9th at 5pm PST and another at 11am PST (7pm GMT) on November 10th. The party will be held in the Community Lounge and there will be cake, fireworks, and some trivia with prizes! Make sure to update Test well in advance, especially if it's your first time on the server.

One of the best things about our EQII community is the player run events! From the Festivals of Discord and Unity to random guild parties, we've got them all!

Having brushed the overly happy, glittering dust of Qeynos off her armour, our intrepid dark elf continues her exploration of Norrath! The adventure leads to Freeport. Bastion of Lucan D'Lere, self-styled Overlord. Once upon a time he was a militia guard and now he's the dried up, shriveled, lichy ruler of the city. Where Qeynos is all light and good-will, Freeport is... Well. Let's just say that you wouldn't want to walk around without your shoes on.

For those of us in the United States, Daylight Savings Time ends Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 2:00 a.m.  Please don't forget to set your clocks back by one hour Saturday night before you go to bed!!

The new Achievement system is a great way to track your progress in EQII! You can have everything checked off for bragging rights, or if you're like certain dark elves, because you can't leave a list of items undone!
